I was doing a meet and greet yesterday. I met some wonderful people who shared the following stories from smaller towns in Iowa. They whispered, and looked around, and in no way wanted their names mentioned. Is that anyway to have a relationship with local law enforcement? Isn't it about time we put a stop to the fear? Isn't about time we start standing up for our beliefs? Isn't it about time someone comes along and writes an all too real story about cover-ups, angst, and lives turned upside down because of the police?

Okay, enough already, is my next story fact or fiction? You be the judge. Gotta say it's getting scary out there . . . real, real, scary.
