Learn from Mistakes . . . Killer of JonBenet Ramsey is still unknown

Only way to improve performance is to learn by mistakes. I started applauding former Boulder Police Chief Beckner for sharing his concerns regarding mistakes made in the death investigation of JonBenet Ramsey. He seemed to have a good idea. Learn from mistakes. Nobody is perfect, Police are somebody, so they're gonna make mistakes.

Then he ends the interview with remorse for having shared his thoughts. It's unfair to the profession of law enforcement and to the public, to constantly play the see no evil-speak no evil game. Darn. Remember, if you're ever called onto a jury, to be an independent thinker. It's all a game to lawyers, cops make mistakes. Juries are our only hope.

In an interview with the Daily Camera newspaper, Beckner later said he didn't realize his comments would be open to anyone and he regretted doing the question and answer session this week.
"I talked to the organizer and my impression was that this was a members-only type group that talked about unsolved mysteries all around the world," Beckner told the Daily Camera.
He later deleted his comments from Reddit. Beckner did not respond to a request for comment from ABC News.

You must be in Colorado and smoking the funny weed as you are not following the trial of Jody Aries.

    From her website:
Today I’m expecting the hung jury to finally conclude their deliberations and come back with their eagerly awaited and fully expected split decision. Once Pickles finishes up deciding on the specifics, and we know who’s gonna be paying for Jodi’s appeals, we can start to plan and forge ahead accordingly with the next stage of our mission – and finally get JUSTICE FOR JODI’.”

Now the rest of the story from HLN webpages

This statement is interesting. Like all of Jodi's lies and stories, it's almost as if they think all they need to do is keep saying the word "innocent" and one day it will magically come true. But the statement does raise some interesting questions, and points out some obvious facts as well.

Why is this camp calling a possible deadlocked jury a “fully expected decision”? Is that delusional? Or does the confidence come from information that nobody else knows? Or is it delusional? We do know that at this point in deliberations during the last sentencing phase that the jury had already deadlocked and announced that and they had been ordered to go back in.

Nobody has said that in this series of deliberations to this point. So, there is nothing to suggest that this jury is deadlocked. We do know from this very clear statement by this supporter that whoever wrote it, doesn't actually care if Jodi lives or dies, it’s just a money game to them.

What the author of this comment means is, if Jodi gets the death penalty, appeals are paid for by the State. In this scenario, the Jodi Arias donation buttons continue to line the pockets of the administrators while Jodi sits in prison for the rest of her life. If Jodi gets a life sentence, she will, apparently, appeal. In this scenario the author is suggesting that Jodi will have to rely on her tens of fans to use all of the hundreds they have collected for her “appellate fund.” This to many is an obvious attempt to ensure the donations keep that gravy boat flowing.

It is interesting to see how the Jodi cult rationalizes the fact that she could be sentenced to death. They made it pretty clear. They don’t actually care whether she lives or dies, it’s just a matter of how much money end up going their way at the end of the day. They keep saying that over and over and the cult doesn't seem to get it.

Even weirder? The cult members actually find that inspiring and even keep giving them money to do just that. That’s how off the range of normal Jodi and her cult really is.

So BIG BOY it is all about money and not the JURY, be that the 1st or 2nd one. The JURY of the 14 have been at it fir 5 days now and nothing good either way. this after the State has spent almost 3 million dollars of the case.

    1. I believe everyone contributes, the more the merrier. Yes, as you have requested, I'll keep smoking. As Elvis Costello once sang . . . don't bury me, because I'm not dead yet.

  3. It appears I was correct as Sheriff Joe is looking into some complaints that the Jody Cult may of FIXED the jury to keep her from getting DEATH and now headed her for Life in Jail.

You posted let the jury decide and now maybe, just maybe this one hold out got what Jody wanted. The story keeps her in the Limelight for at least the next 20 years as she appeals her sentence.

Also social media has the list of all 12 jurors posted for one and all and the hold out now has a police detail protecting her where ever she goes. I bet more people will not want to be on Jury's.

  4. Yes . . . we have found out the jury indeed deadlocked. As was said, the jury is our only hope. Jeez, a Jodi Cult? What is that? People who do not believe in a System of Justice to the point of letting it kill people? Now the police have to safe guard one member of the Jury who stood up for her /his beliefs? Sounds like the Cult argument would fit in nicely with the 'Let Justice Kill 'em Crowd'. Don't it? Has Sheriff Joe straightened out the mess he's in, the whole running over liberties deal?
