Most Dangerous Place in The World . . . Andy Warhol . . . Criminal Justice Officials in Wisconsin . . . Jayme Closs

If you somehow landed in front of cameras at the press conference regarding Jayme Closs and her unaided escape from Thomas Patterson you would've been trampled. Andy Warhol must of been thinking of Criminal Justice folks in Wisconsin when he said we all gonna get our fifteen minutes of fame. I didn't think the Sheriff, who reminded me of Baloo from Jungle Book, was ever going to shut up. In the end, Thomas Patterson outsmarted law enforcement, the girl escaped without any help from the law and now we have to put up with more self-bravado come four o'clock. One lady should give us all hope. The lady that actually helped Jayme escape. She opted to remain unidentified. Perhaps she was concerned over getting run over - if she got anywhere near that press conference.

Oh, hey . . . did I ever tell you what a great author I am and how great my stories are and how everyone is great in my life? Just kidding. Have a nice weekend.

And Then there was Tim O'Brien

As you may know I've landed in Georgia to hit the Book Trail from Dalton to Savanna. Had a surprise encounter, I guess ya could say, with none other than Tim O'Connor. No relation to Flannery.

Common question . . . 'How many books you write?' Well lets see here. Have two novels, already published, which can be found online - JusThis and Brand of Justice. My short story, which highlights my style, is available for free on this blog. Just click on the cover, if interested, and read The Bee Killer. You'll only be out a couple of minutes and I am more than glad to answer any questions. A little patience is a must, I've encountered numerous thoughts and opinions and am committed to addressing 'em all.

Currently have completed my third novel . . . The Passionate Jihadist which well be available sooner than later.

Randle McMurphy

Man . . . if more people attempted the impossible what would the world be like? No wonder my story, JusThis, ends with this poem.

Vintery, mintery, cutery, corn,
Apple seed and apple thorn.
Wire, briar, limber lock.,
Three geese in a flock.
One flew east, One flew west, and one flew over the cuckoo's nest.

One of The Greats . . . Mary Flannery O'Connor

Man, she left us way to early. This living thing can be so unfair at times. Laying of a wreath that was well deserved.

Pouring Rain . . . but onward to the Book Trail of Georgia and all the grand things it has to offer. Report on my experiences to follow. For now I guess it's time to hang my thumb out and venture toward the great unknown.

Awards and 'The Bee Killer'

Hey this just in . . . The Bee Killer is up for several awards including The Masters - KWLS and New York's Boulevard Competition. Pumped. The Passionate Jihadist is currently under review by agents. How pertinent is this story? Well lets see here . . . it regards the matter of Urban Terrorism. Remember faithful readers that any day above ground is a good day. A Korean War Veteran told me that. RIP Shorty.

While our Attention is on Foreign Wars

the killings continue in the good old United States. Will provide another installment of People Shooter soon enough.
