Ever Wonder why President Obama has called for Improving our Criminal Justice System during the State of The Union Address?

Frustration boiling over I tell ya. I feel the woman has great questions such as why the officials aren't saying anything about what unwanted advances mean. No worries, the system maintains the status quo, though it's getting harder.
