Everyone wonders if my cop buddies are going to read this story. They assume it's a cops and robbers deal ala' John Sanford.

I tip toe into the minds of individuals in this story. I arrested and spent time with rapists who were kind enough to share their points of view with me. I truly hope that this story debunks the myth of any such thing as a "good rape" mentioned by Todd Akin recently. So my book isn't a cops and robbers deal at all. Are cops going to read this? You bet! They too can identify with issues presented in this work.
