Declare a Tariff of Your Own!

I get it already. It's like what can I do about the world situation. Well you know me. I figured there had to be something we could all do. I know . . . some say vote, some say write your congressperson. You know what I say? "Refuse to purchase this duck-floaty-thing". Refer to it as your . . . Personal Tariff. Your War Against Reckless and Goofy Commercialism.
