If you get bummed out regarding the situation in Israel or Ukraine I guess the story remains the same. Read, keep up with the news but strive for a balance. Good reads would include The Kite Runner & Never a Child. Make sure your social media experiences are credible. There you go, advice that works for me. More of People Shooter tomorrow!
