Crazy World

 Man, I've been waltzing around the world these last couple of months and have to say it's a big bad crazy world we all call home out there. Where do we start on our mission of discovery?

Inspired

Every summer I spend time looking for America. Excited about writing possibilities. Please message me with ideas. I was hanging out in Ellsworth, Maine last year and boom, 'The Rainbow Flag Allegiance' happened.

Yellowstone

So I'm in Big Sky and it's like big money settles here to play. Then when a bear steals bird feed from the feeders it's time to 'do something about it'. So who's living in who's house? Also . . . while I've been running around America I can't uncover any signs of a a recession. I mean new houses going up and huge bus style campers pulling a boat and wait, another trailer full of four wheelers. Did I mention the five thousand dollar bikes hung on the last trailer. Call the cops. I mean somethings going on here. Right?

Sense of Entitlement

 Nothing worse than this. Right?

Wisconsin

 Today it's a Country Club book signing in America's Dairy Land.

Great Whites and Grizzles

North Atlantic Shark hits a seal off my bow to Grizzly Country up Paradise Valley. Exhilarating without a doubt. Hope this summer finds you hammering on this thing called life.

Oh C'mon Man

We can do it. Conserve. Walk to work. Ride a bike. Canoe and leave the outboard at home. Carpool. Give up golf (for just a year) and hike in State Parks. Read Noam Chompsky. Form groups to identity mechanisms of conservation. One direction complaining makes us look - oh so - entitled. While I'm at it. Airline numbers are down due to less flights which is benefiting the environment. Here's a novel idea . . . with money saved we could make donations to the people of Urkraine.

Proud moment. I got to stand with those who dare to protest for peace. Imagine John Lennon and what he'd think.

LGBT versus Russia

I see the LGBT community is supporting Ukraine against the dark forces of Mother Russia. Your bravery shall never be questioned. 

Experiance

They do it over and over. Writers who never were cops write story after story about police officers. John Sanford anyone?

Lawn Mowing

So I'm asked in Wisconsin how we can survive the gasoline crunch. I know . . . stop mowing grass. It'll help. Right?

ISTANBUL — Istanbul's LGBTQ Pride organizers say more than 360 people were detained by police Sunday following a ban on all Pride events. Kaos GL, a leading LGBTQ rights organization, said all detained were being freed Monday after dealing with the police.

And so

as I was saying . . . lawyers are paid to take up a side. Ain't about right or wrong. Its about a position. So now some are wondering about Roe being over-turned.

Great community, great vibe and readers galore. Rain came but didn't stay. Broke a glass, but otherwise a great time. This place is full of music, guest authors and did I say questions? "How did you know I was a reader?" "What was the best book you've read?" and "Everyone is Special." from Coon Valley.
