Book burning is arson, unless you have a permit from the Pollution Agency and do not use a flammable liquid as a starter. Like at what those teens did in Tennessee. They could be charged with murder just for tossing a few matches on the dry grass.

By the way Trump wants to stop flag burning, I say if you do that you get 500 hours of community service in some of the really bad Chicago neighborhoods as there is a lot of clean-up necessary.
