Well finally you surface and this was the best you could do? For the record there was 71 people killed with guns in Chicago in November and 701 so far this year and no response from you. How about picking what is left of your brain and fill us in on your thoughts.

Yes, I am back and look forward to getting caught up with matters on hand. To answer your question with one word . . . Guns. This civilized society we call America is armed to the hilt for no good reason. Violence begets Violence.

Not Enough Good Will

Alrighty then. Time to kick this pig. I'm at SeaTac International and a guy is standing in front of the bus flipping this driver off. The driver is totally patient and waits for the 'game' to get old. The finger flasher finally moves on. I'm like...you totally played it right my friend. So I'm hanging out in Seattle. In the mean time a couple from back where I'm from are doing the murder-suicide deal on an Island not twenty miles from me. I guess that's why they call it 'mean time'. I also drove by the Cascade Mall where 5 were being shot to death so we can all continue to enjoy our 2nd Amendment Rights. Stayed in the same Hotel with Chicago's professional football team.

Killer Apathy

The two punch killer for me is Apathy+Fear. I finally just walked and then Black Lives Matter and Kaepernick come along. They take action regardless of the consequence. Perhaps it is time to reignite this blog. There are some who choose to be heard. To stand against the 'not in my backyard' crowd.

Discussions with Don went like this. He owned three farms and had a life including being married and building and flying aerobatic aircrafts. Found out his wife was cheating on him with his best friend so he lost it and smashed the guy in the face with a pipe. He lost most of his teeth, sued Don and won 350 thousand ending Don's life. What do you folks think of that?

So I crawl back into town late. I got this jury thing to contend with. Serve or be persecuted. As some of ya know, I've been on the jury like forever but nothing ever goes to trial. It's the old plea bargain thing to the max and is that good for justice? How many are encouraged to not stand up for truth and justice and the American way if they can get a good deal? Scary times for this flag loving land of gun toting 'America is always' right nut jobs. Anyways, I end up in front of a cold beer after drifting from educator party to teacher get together. I'm like revered by 'em for reasons I'll explain later.

Then JB lands next to me on a stool and off we go. This first in the interest of full disclosure. I said it was imparative he purchase a round if he wants to be taken seriously and he did. I'm not talking no Texas bottle tossing Roundhouse here either. I'm at Torges. So what transpires? My 360 look at things. More on this later.

My guess you will be on a jury because you are a world famous author and they are really stupid to call you for jury duty.

Bill O'Reilly calls out a Prosecutor and I'm on her next jury-not!

Whitewater Rafting in Colorado to standing under a tornado on the west side of Fargo. Man what a life. Now my dear friends it looks like I am to fulfill my duty because I have been tossed into a jury pool. I suppose some consider me as on the good side while others are convinced I am a low down scoundrel. Tomorrow we shall see just which side tosses me off their beloved jury. The prosecutor of Bill O'Reilly infamy or the defense who'll be scratching their heads regarding my looooong police career. Courtrooms are an ugly business but someone has to do it. Guess away and post a comment as to just how long it'll take the players to release me from my sacred duty. Be first and closest to how long I'm in the courtroom and I'll get ya a copy of my current book currently under edits.

Yeap . . . still stunned and seething, but hey, lifes too short to get upset.

Went to the Zurciles

Stood at the foot of my mountain but snow was waist deep. Have to wait on the climb as was expected. Did the next best thing with all the snow run-off and got in to afternoon whitewater rafting. Had one guy land in the drink and a lady got smoked by a huge wave and was dumped on the floor of the raft.

Bummer of a side not . . . Debra Brymer was killed the day after my rafting experiance. She was from Nashua Iowa. Not far from Pig Town.
