Yikes - Black Hebrew Israelites - Covington Catholic High - Native American Nathan Phillips

So lets see here. Video shows offensive youngsters in 'Make America Great Again' hats mocking a drum beating Native American, Nathan Phillips. Congresswoman Haaland calls out the white youngsters by using terms such as . . . "Blantant hate, disrespect, and intolerance." Then Covington Catholic High condemns the actions of their own students and even use the 'Expulsion' word. So much for being forgiving Catholics. You know, the whole judge not least thee be judged. Mr Phillips even discusses the behavior of the kids while forgetting he approached the kids in the first place.

Finally more video shows up and puts an end to the 'Lynch the Kids' mentality. Da-gone-it anyways. The video come lately to this incident catches them silly Black Hebrew Israelites (who are adults) taunting the juveniles with comments about cracker and child abuser and a word the politically correct bunch refuse to let the media quote. So Nathan Phillips (an adult) forgets initially how the incident played out. The school officials (adults) and the congresswoman (adult) are exposed for not heeding the words of the great . . . Edgar Allen Poe. The youngsters were the only ones who acted like adults. No wait. I didn't mean that. They acted like youngsters. Confused? I am.

Michael Strahan could Learn a lot from Warren Buffet

"We gonna give you the proper meal that you deserve because that was one great game, a great accomplishment."
When asked who was gonna pay for it, Strahan replied -- "It's out of my pocket guys. I'll pay for it. No problem."
Strahan can certainly afford it ... besides making more than $75 mil during his NFL career, he signed a massive deal with ABC back in 2016 worth well into the 8-figures.
As for Trump, seems his fast food party was a hit -- with Clemson's star QB Trevor Lawrence telling TMZ Sports the spread was "awesome" and that he had a great time.

One simple question here. Are we paying our athletes too much? Do we lose the ability to enjoy simple pleasures when we make 75+ million dollars? Aren't lobsters just big spiders? Can I partake in a Big Mac without feeling guilty? Does one become more intelligent once he commands a huge bank account? Hey wait a minute here . . . Warren 'The Oracle of Omaha' Buffet visits a McDonald's at least once a week after driving his old car there. He also donates money to causes such as providing clean water in Africa. He does this as low key as possible. Oh wait . . . that was more than one question. Oh well it was posted in an effort to stamp out arrogance.

Lawyers-Attorneys-Public Defenders-Prosecutors & The Common Citizen

We were little kids back in the day. No body ever heard of seat belts. My father was driving and we were all riding looking ahead when suddenly the right rear door opened and my three year old brother tumbled out. I watched go head over heels as we drove going about 25 or 30 mph down the street. I yelled "Jimmy fell out of the car." Dad stopped and backed up. He hollered, "is he alright?" Jimmy was in the process of standing up. "Yeah, he's okay." Dad said, "get in the car." He did and we went on our way, and never thought anything about it.

Lady makes a mistake and now the Legal Eagles have loaded her-up with a ton of charges. I agree with you Terry and love your commonsense approach to this and thank you for your time. The only 'problem' with your approach to this incident is the legal profession was left out in the cold and didn't get paid diddly squat. Attorneys have never been producers. They are a parasitic concept that has truly invaded every aspect of every situation. They run around and gleefully charge and talk Latin while laughing all the way to the bank. Ask a lawyer sometime if crime pays.

Man-o-man we gotta pass legislation to rein 'em in. No wait . . . that'll involve attorneys and probably be declared unconstitutional and then we'll have to pay more and more lawyers. You get the picture-right?

The James-Younger Gang Ride Again

Back on September 7th, 1876 the James-Younger Gang attempted to rob a Bank in Northfield, Minnesota. I see yesterday, where it looks like a pair pulled off the same stunt . . . but successfully this time! The robbers seem to have had safety on their minds, they both wore reflective gear. Not sure how they escaped but I'm thinking they weren't on horseback. Wouldn't it be something if the pair were apprehended and found to be named Jesse and Frank?

Savanna, Georgia

Running around in shorts in the middle of winter. Love it. The place I'm standing in front of yesterday is the childhood home of Flannery O'Connor.

Most Dangerous Place in The World . . . Andy Warhol . . . Criminal Justice Officials in Wisconsin . . . Jayme Closs

If you somehow landed in front of cameras at the press conference regarding Jayme Closs and her unaided escape from Thomas Patterson you would've been trampled. Andy Warhol must of been thinking of Criminal Justice folks in Wisconsin when he said we all gonna get our fifteen minutes of fame. I didn't think the Sheriff, who reminded me of Baloo from Jungle Book, was ever going to shut up. In the end, Thomas Patterson outsmarted law enforcement, the girl escaped without any help from the law and now we have to put up with more self-bravado come four o'clock. One lady should give us all hope. The lady that actually helped Jayme escape. She opted to remain unidentified. Perhaps she was concerned over getting run over - if she got anywhere near that press conference.

Oh, hey . . . did I ever tell you what a great author I am and how great my stories are and how everyone is great in my life? Just kidding. Have a nice weekend.

And Then there was Tim O'Brien

As you may know I've landed in Georgia to hit the Book Trail from Dalton to Savanna. Had a surprise encounter, I guess ya could say, with none other than Tim O'Connor. No relation to Flannery.

Common question . . . 'How many books you write?' Well lets see here. Have two novels, already published, which can be found online - JusThis and Brand of Justice. My short story, which highlights my style, is available for free on this blog. Just click on the cover, if interested, and read The Bee Killer. You'll only be out a couple of minutes and I am more than glad to answer any questions. A little patience is a must, I've encountered numerous thoughts and opinions and am committed to addressing 'em all.

Currently have completed my third novel . . . The Passionate Jihadist which well be available sooner than later.

Randle McMurphy

Man . . . if more people attempted the impossible what would the world be like? No wonder my story, JusThis, ends with this poem.

Vintery, mintery, cutery, corn,
Apple seed and apple thorn.
Wire, briar, limber lock.,
Three geese in a flock.
One flew east, One flew west, and one flew over the cuckoo's nest.

One of The Greats . . . Mary Flannery O'Connor

Man, she left us way to early. This living thing can be so unfair at times. Laying of a wreath that was well deserved.

When a scene is unfolding this is about as real as it gets. You might think that the police should always be on top of their game, but it ...
